It has come to know that West Indies former cricketer Phil Simmons has been appointed the new head coach of Bangladesh cricket team. Not only he has been appointed for this headship but (BCB) Bangladesh cricket team appointed him till 2027 ICC Cricket World Cup. Bangladesh Cricket Team has full confidence in his ability.

The team has trust that he has ability to get them success in upcoming tournaments. In true meaning, He is a very good player and coach, His past experience showed his skills that how he had worked with other teams and improved the skills of the players.

He has worked with West Indies and Afghanistan Team and as a head coach he had become fruitful for the teams. Now again he has appointed by the (BCB) Bangladesh Cricket Team, The team has hopeful that under his dynamic skill of leadership the team will glow and will achieve success.

There is another thing to notice that Bangladesh Cricket Team has appointed Phil Simmons until 2027. This shows how much trust the Bangladesh team has in him. Bangladesh Cricket Team has also been improving day by day. Its previous matches can represent its improvement so, to maintain its level in Cricket World it is necessary for the Bangladesh team to maintain its mark. This can only happen by the guidance of a skillful and experienced coach.

Phil Simmons showed his skills as a good coach in 2016 when he was appointed first time head coach for the West Indies team and was able to get victory. He has a great talent to boast the level of energy of the team players and again Bangladesh team has great hope with him for the future tournaments.
